The tree will be up for 30 seconds, and will check for the 2 lowest hp target every 8 seconds. If the target already has a shield (aka he didnt use all the potential of the previously given shield in 8 sec) it will not renew, and will be shieldless for the next 8 sec until the next check comes.
One player can get shields maximum 4 times while the tree is up (at the begining, at 8th second, at 16th second and at 24th second).
